THE FLOW CLIMBER METHOD – TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of coaching services by Stéphanie Pedro / Stephpedrock Climbing (“the Coach”, “we”, “us”) to the client (“you”, “the Client”).
By purchasing or participating in The Flow Climber Method, you agree to the following terms.
1. Programme Overview
1.1 The Flow Climber Method is a 12-week coaching programme designed to improve climbing performance through technique and mindset.
1.2 The programme includes:
- 10 personalised coaching sessions
- Video feedback between sessions
- Weekly training guidance
- Progress tracking tools
- Educational materials
1.3 The programme duration is 3 months (12 weeks) from the agreed start date.

2. Eligibility & Responsibility
2.1 By enrolling, you confirm that:
- You are physically able to participate in climbing activities
- You accept full responsibility for your own safety during climbing
2.2 The Coach is not responsible for:
- Injuries sustained during climbing
- Misuse of techniques taught
2.3 You agree to follow all safety rules at your chosen climbing facility.

3. Payment Terms
3.1 Payment must be made in full or via an agreed payment plan prior to the start of the programme.
3.2 If a payment plan is selected:
- Payments must be made on agreed dates
- Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of the programme
3.3 All payments are non-transferable.
3.4 Prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations
4.1 Coaching sessions must be booked in advance.
4.2 You may reschedule a session with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
4.3 If less than 24 hours’ notice is given:
- The session will be considered forfeited
- No refund or rescheduling will be offered
4.4 If the Coach needs to reschedule, reasonable notice will be given and an alternative session offered.

5. Non-Attendance & Programme Termination
5.1 Repeated missed sessions (2 or more without notice) may result in:
- Suspension or termination of your place in the programme
5.2 No refunds will be issued in such cases.
5.3 The Coach reserves the right to terminate participation if:
- You behave in a disrespectful or inappropriate manner
- You repeatedly fail to attend scheduled sessions

6. Refund Policy
6.1 Due to the nature of coaching services, all sales are final and non-refundable, except as required under UK consumer law.
6.2 If you choose to withdraw from the programme:
- No refunds will be issued for unused sessions
6.3 This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including services being delivered with reasonable care and skill.

7. Results Disclaimer
7.1 The Coach does not guarantee specific climbing results.
7.2 Your progress depends on:
- Your effort
- Consistency
- Application of the method

8. Conditional Guarantee
8.1 The programme includes the following guarantee:
If you complete the full 12-week programme and fully apply the method, but do not progress to a new climbing grade, the Coach will continue to provide coaching support at no additional cost until you do.
8.2 To qualify for this guarantee, you must:
- Attend 100% of coaching sessions
- Complete assigned weekly tasks
- Submit climbing videos regularly
- Demonstrate consistent effort and engagement
8.3 The Coach reserves the right to determine whether these conditions have been met.

9. Intellectual Property
9.1 All materials provided (videos, documents, training plans) are the intellectual property of the Coach.
9.2 You may not:
- Share, reproduce, or distribute materials
- Use them for commercial purposes

10. Testimonials & Media
10.1 As part of the beta programme, you may be asked to:
- Provide feedback
- Share a testimonial
10.2 Any testimonials will only be used with your consent.

11. Data Protection
11.1 Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the UK GDPR.
11.2 Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

12. Liability
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- The Coach is not liable for indirect or consequential losses
- Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the programme
12.2 Nothing in these terms excludes liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

13. Governing Law
13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of United Kingdom.
13.2 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.

14. Amendments
14.1 The Coach reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions.
14.2 Clients will be notified of any material changes.

15. Acceptance
By purchasing and participating in The Flow Climber Method, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
